Before confirmation
The cart is a request tool. It does not automatically accept or charge an order.
Production timing
Lead times depend on queue, quantity, colors and delivery conditions.
Problem resolution
If something is wrong, DOKY reviews the issue and proposes a reasonable solution.
Products and presentation
- DOKY products are 3D-printed phone stands offered in curated collections and available colors shown on the website and Instagram.
- Because items are produced in small batches or made to order, slight visual differences may appear between photos and the final piece, including tone, layer lines or finish details.
- Product availability, colors and combinations may change without notice.
How orders are confirmed
- The cart and prefilled message are used to prepare an order request. They do not create an automatic online checkout or automatic acceptance.
- An order is considered confirmed only after DOKY reviews the request and confirms the items, colors, quantities, pricing, delivery method and payment terms in writing.
- DOKY may decline or adjust an order request if a color, quantity, timing or delivery condition cannot reasonably be met.
Prices and payment
- Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in Vietnamese đồng (VND).
- Delivery fees, urgent production fees or special requests may be added before final confirmation.
- Payment methods are confirmed directly with the customer during the order conversation.
- Retail, bulk or reseller pricing is handled separately and only after direct validation with DOKY.
Lead times
- Lead times are estimates only and depend on order size, production workload, color availability and delivery method.
- DOKY will communicate realistic timing before confirming an order.
- DOKY is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, force majeure or customer-side response delays.
Cancellations and changes
- Changes or cancellations should be requested as early as possible.
- Once production has started or a delivery has been booked, DOKY may refuse the change or charge for work already committed.
- Custom or specifically approved special requests cannot be cancelled once production is underway, except where DOKY agrees otherwise in writing.
Defects and order issues
- If the delivered item is defective, damaged on arrival or clearly different from the confirmed order, contact DOKY within 48 hours with clear photos.
- If the claim is accepted, DOKY may offer a replacement, repair, exchange or another reasonable solution depending on the situation.
